Warranty & Returns

We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Mobilepartz. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the item to us for exchange or refund within 7 days. It is important that any retail packaging is not opened. If box seals have been broken this policy will not apply and you will not be able to return the item / s.

All sales are covered by a 28-day warranty unless advertised differently. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a company check. Specific terms are:

  • For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
  • Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  • Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
  • Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
  • Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
  • A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
  • Replacement item will be shipped only after receipt and inspection of original item.
  • Refunds may be subject to a deduction of the original delivery charge and or any associated costs eg transaction fees.
  • All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
  • It may take up to 5 business days to process your return after we receive your product.

Return Procedure

Please send contact us by email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit.

Condition of Return

Package(s) return because of DOA (Dead on Arrival) must shipped back as the condition we had sent and item(s) must shipped back with delivery confirmation postmarked within 28 days after receipt as shown on delivery receipt date. No refund or exchange will be issued after this expiration date. For DOA item, an exchange will be issue for same item. Refund only will be given when exchange is not-applicable.


We are not responsible for any merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the following terms:

  • We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
  • Merchandise should be properly packed and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase.
  • Any returned items that have any signs of abuse or damage or wear and tear from use will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.


Some products are excluded from our 7-day money back guarantee eg when sold as faulty or on a non-returnable basis, items that are specially manufactured to a personal specification (tailor made) or items that are not suitable for resale such as headphones that are inserted into the ear.
