How do I pay for my order?

We accept the following methods of payment: Immediate payment using most credit or debit cards online via Paypal, Google Checkout, Nochex (no registration required). Postal Orders, Bank Transfers, Cheques/money orders made out in £ sterling.
We do not see or have access to any of your personal financial information including your debit or credit card details. All credit and debit card transactions are handled by our secure 3rd party payment solutions providers eg Paypal, Nochex & Google Checkout who process the transaction on our behalf and keep your infomation secure. We receive details of the payment amount, confirmation of address and product ordered.
Any personal information entered on the website eg when signing up for an account is protected by up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Meaning that is is virtually impossible for anyone to intercept or steal that information while it is being input or from where it is kept our server. Our SSL certificate is clearly displayed on the front page and is a guarantee that your personal details will be kept secure. Many similar ecommerce sites do not offer this level of protection to their customers.
Your transaction is also guaranteed by our third party payment providers who will supply the relevent payment protection information.
Tax: all prices quoted on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT). This is displayed at the checkout and invoice. The rate charged is currently 15%.
Order amendments: You cannot amend an order once confirmed. So for example, should you wish to amend the delivery option / quantity, you will need to log in and place a second order as you cannot amend an order once placed. We will cancel any unpaid or duplicate orders in roughly 48 hrs from the time placed and you will not need to complete both orders.
Unpaid / Duplicate orders: Any duplicate or unpaid orders placed but not completed or paid for will be cancelled within 48 hrs if an online payment option is selected. You can, of course, reorder the product at a later date should you wish to.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We dispatch weekdays (Mon - Fri) within 48 hrs placing of the order. A dispatch notification is sent when all orders are dispatched. Delivery time will depend on your location.
Most orders arrive between 2 - 3 working days from the order being placed.
Items are generally are sent by Royal Mail or orders over 2kg are dispatched by Courier Thank you

Shipping costs?

Shipping is free for all deliveries sent anywhere in the United Kingdom (UK). You may have the item sent by Recorded Delivery for an additional £1.00 to cover the fee. This option is available at the checkout.
International shipping costs are either £5.50 (Europe) or £6.00 (Rest of world / outside Europe). Items are dispatched by 'International Signed For' and the fee covers this cost and the additional cost of international shipping.
Shipping rate is a flat fee for as many item as you want sent in the same shipment.

All items either advertised as original or genuine are guaranteed genuine products manufactured by Nokia/ Motorola/Samsung/Sony Ericsson/LG and sourced in the UK. If the word 'genuine' or 'original' appears in the item title or text of the item we guarantee the authenticity of the product. Thank you

What is a 'GRADED PRODUCT'?

A graded product is either an item that has had some use and will have varying degrees of wear and tear, usually hairline scratches, and is generally suitable for phone repair or refurbishment. Specific details are provided in each product description. 'Grade A' items are in as new condition and will look like new. New products are brand new and unused and clearly advertised as so. What is your returns policy?
